If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, you agree to resolve any claims through binding arbitration or small claims court in Texas, in accordance with applicable laws.For European Union (EU) Users: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

13. United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

WaiverFailure by Lateral Fulfillment to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of any right to enforce any future or similar occurrences.
